TOM TIERNEY PAPER DOLLS NOW AVAILABLE ON iPHONE, iPAD
For the first time, artist Tom Tierney's paper doll designs are available in the App Store
SEATTLE - December 20, 2011 - fishdog.net, LLC, developer of educational and game software for Apple's iOS devices, today announced the immediate availability of a new app, Paper Dolls, for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. Featuring the designs of legendary paper doll artist Tom Tierney, the app includes figures and costumes based on six of Hans Christian Andersen's best-loved fairy tales.
Tom Tierney, paper doll artist extraordinaire, has created characters, apparel and accessories for six stories: The Red Shoes, The Little Mermaid, The Match Girl, The Brave Tin Soldier, Thumbelina and The Princess and the Pea. Each page has several movable pieces. Users can move the clothes and accessories to their taste, then click the camera button to save their designs to the photo album. The app is designed to appeal to young girls and paper doll collectors.
To celebrate the release of the new app for the holidays, an introductory price of $1 US has been set, for a limited time only. The app can be downloaded from the App Store on any iOS device, or from iTunes, at this link:
